One-day stakeholder workshop (Oslo, Norway)

The program of this one-day stakeholder workshop will feature a keynote lecture by a prominent researcher and two sessions: one where academic researchers present the potential of microbiome/hologenomics to tackle major production challenges, and another where industry representatives present their current work, needs, and interests.

12-16 May 2025

"Spatial microbiomics - from sampling to analysis" (Copenhagen, Denmark)

The course will focus on the creation of a Microbiomics Atlas, including all working steps from sampling to analysis. The course is mainly aimed at PhD candidates and postdocs working on data generation, data processing, and data analysis in the field of microbiomics, but is open to other interested parties as well. The course will also provide hands-on experience and help to gain fundamental expertise to run this workflow.
